1 Tenant, but 2 "guests"?

I signed a contract - that being a month to month with a lady from out of town whom works with my eldest son in a corporation. Everything was fine until of this past month whereby she asked if her sister could be of a "guest" in the suite, so I said okay, until she gets her "head together" we'll take it day to day.... however, since her sister's arrival, her boyfriend is now staying here ... that makes it 3 ...
I don't however have it in my heart to kick anyone of them out, as accomodation is scarce where we live, yet, I don't want to be "used".... any advice? it would be greatly appreciated
Answer:
Are these "guests" paying rent, utilities, food, etc.? Tell the boyfriend he needs to go, you have no arrangement to provide for the boyfriend. If it isn't working out, you should tell these people to leave.
Go with first answer, and if they aren't paying, up her rent next month really high to pay for them too. Also cut off the cable and any extras. If you have a cell cancel the phone. Make it very unpleasant so they will want to move.
I understand that people fall on hard times, but if the sister is getting her "head together" that might be an indicator of mental issues or even issues w/ her boyfriend...you can jsut never be sure. You have to address her one way or another, so either approach your tennant or send her a letter; Make a compromise; Perhaps increase rent by 100-150 $ a month for the extra people, or tell her that your were leinient w/ the issue of her sister, but with another person on top of that, you have to draw the line; either pay the extra rent or he's gotta go.
Tell her she is violating her contract with you is being violated and she needs to get rid of the boyfriend!
If it were me I'd kick them out. The scarcity of accommodations in your area is not your problem.
look at the contract you have rights under it. surley there is a way to ease them out , if you have a contract for monthly rent, advise your landlord as long as there are 3 of you in the home you will only provide 1/3 of the original agreed amount as wel as 1/3 of utilities that may get them gone
