A 17 year old boy did credit card fraud. Tha a felony. what will the court do to him?

a 17 year old boy did credit card fraud. that a felony. what will the court do to him? and will that felony stay on his record after he turn 18? Will job or college be able to look at his record?
Answer:
I've heard that because it's one of the most severse things you can illegally do, they don't look at age, and whoever gets caught doing it gets screwed over. I've heard of jail time for it, regarless of age.
First offense probably probation and alot of fines.....
Depends on how the prosecutor charges him (adult or juvenile). Also, there are plea deals and so forth.
a ********, Judge Judy will do this to him though
Depends on the state in which the crime was committed and the state's legal definition of a juvenile. Its possible that he could be charged as a juvenile and then have the record sealed upon turning 18.
Stay on the prosecutor on watch out for plea bargains.
kill him cause hes a bad boy. it will teach him never to use a fake credit card again. hmp bad ppl. =(
they should lock him up to teach him a lesson, but they will probably just give him a slap on the wrist and say don't do it again.. but i guess it does depend on how much money he actually was able to steal
Slap him on the wrist with fines, costs, hopefully make him restitute the cost of his problems...and serfe a little time to open his own accountability so his parents can recover fromit too.
he will be tried as an adult,it will stay on his record, whether its expunged or not is up to the judge and attorney he chooses, alsoif theres any other crimes committed by him as a minor.Either way it will cost him money, and time,if he truly wants to clean up his record
if they dont charge him as an adult it will get off of his record after he turns 18, he will most likely have to goto court ALOT to check up on how he is doing, in school and who he is hanging out with
Oh yea, gonna do time. felonys are for life.
If he had gotten enough money out of it it wouldnt matter what the fuckin court says.
Well hopefully the 17 year old little thief gets charged as an adult and rots in prison.
