2nd dui in ohio?

just received my 2ND DUI in Ohio, the 1st one was in 92, fifteen year ago what should I do. I refused the breath test.
Answer:
The laws in Ohio are very clear.

Because you refused the breathalyzer and this is your second offense, you're subject to administrative license suspension for a period of two years. The reason they can do this is because having a driver's license is considered a privilege, not a right.

Additionally, you're still subject to a criminal prosecution if the local district attorney chooses to prefer charges. The penalties available to the judge in your case include:

Jail - Minimum of 10 consecutive days or five days jail + minimum 18 consecutive days of electronically monitored house arrest combined, not to exceed 6 months;
Fine - Minimum $300 and not more than $1,500;
Discretionary driver's intervention program;
Vehicle immobilization and plates impounded for 90 days;
Court License Suspension - 1 year to 5 years.

I'd recommend retaining an attorney immediately, given the possibility that you could be looking at some jail time and fines. There's nothing you can do to get your license back; it's gone for the next two years, but you might be able to mitigate or otherwise lessen some of the other penalties you've exposed yourself to.
kiss your license goodbye, and thank God you haven't killed someone yet you idiot.
Because you refused the breathe test, your license will automatically be suspended. You will need an attorney.
